Bilhin is an online marketplace where registered users can sell products and can make offers to buy them. Both seller and buyer can negotiate, counter offer, until agreed that the final purchase price including the method of payment and the deliveries if any and among others. Buyers must pay the purchase amount to the seller directly. No purchase payment is collected in Bilhin. Whether you are an individual who wants to sell items or buy them, a retailer or wholesaler, Bilhin is the online marketplace for you.

How to buy and sell in Bilhin
Once the user's email address has been verified and activated, the user is now officially a Bilhin registered user. User can now post an item (act as a seller) and can also make an offer (as a buyer), depending on what transaction a user want to go.
Sell or posting an item to sell
Always go to website by entering the Bilhin.com in the browser URL and login to your account. Once you are in, click on "Sell". By using the form submit the item information such as: item name, amount price, description and instruction, the item location where it shipped from (overseas or locally in the Philippines), type of payment and delivery, and among other things. Posting an item is categorize, so make sure to select the category that is most related to your post. You can upload photos of the item. You assumes all responsibility for your listing, therefore, it is a good idea to disclose anything in your posting. Be truthful and personlize your description. Bilhin has the right to remove posting or suspend users that violates the website policy and the terms and conditions agreement.
Updating the post
Updating the post is semilar to posting an item. Just login and click on to "My Items". Select the item you posted that you want to update. You can update all the information you posted or just change the price amount. You can also mark the item as SOLD and the item you posted will have a "SOLD" marked on it when visiting the item detail page. You can reverse back the posting to unsold, this will remove the SOLD in your posting.
Make Offer
All registered users can make an offer by submitting an amount and a brief message. Any response to the offer will go to the "Message Inbox" and thru messaging both users (seller & buyer) can start negotiating until both finally agreed. Be truthful in your negoatiation. Response to any inquiry or offer. It will build confidence for both seller & prospect buyer. We don't collect payment for your purchase, so it is very important to negotiate and agree your payment method and delivery.
Messages
All inquiries and negotiation is thru Bilhin messages. It is important for both seller and prospect buyer to frequently check the "Messages" in Bilhin and response appropriately in Bilhin messages. An email will also be send to inform you that you have an offer on Bilhin, so check your email address inbox too. Always go to website domain url Bilhin.com and login.
User's Profile
You can update information and your profile name by and adding an 'Alias', however you cannot change your email address that you used during registration. By default your profile name uses your First and Last Name. You can update your public profile and add your alias by going to your "Profile" page. You can update your profile picture and add a profile background image.
User's Marketplace Store Front Page
Your public profile page contains information of all your posting and about your profile picture and your background image. This is your web page and can be your marketplace store front. You can share your public page to any social media. You can find the link on the item detail page under your profile name.

Report Abuses
Any Bilhin visitors and registered users can report any posted items that is misleading or offensive by nature. A link button can be found at the item detail page. Once reported, Bilhin will review the report, ask the seller to update the informaton or remove the post permanently. If the seller continues to violates, Bilhin will block the seller's account.
